Branch Valley Farm - Raw Honey Facts:

   Our honey is completely raw and all-natural, sourced from our home apiary in Schwenksville, PA, and from our apiary at Willow Creek Farm Preserve in Worcester, PA.  It is never heated or processed.

   Our bees are raised naturally without synthetic chemicals and are not fed high fructose corn syrup. 

   Our honey is ethically harvested, leaving enough honey behind to nourish the colony.

   Honey is nonperishable and should never be refrigerated. Store honey away from direct sunlight. 

Raw honey will harden or crystallize over time. The texture of crystallized honey makes it easy to spread or spoon. If you prefer your honey in its liquid state, you can put the honey jar in a bowl of warm water (95 degrees fahrenheit) and stir until clear. Heating honey to a temperature above 95 degrees fahrenheit can adversely affect the enzymes, vitamins and minerals contained in raw honey. Never microwave raw honey.

Honey is not recommended for babies under 12 months of age.
